Refund policy

All custom orders are non-refundable. All items are inspected before customization. In the event that an item arrives damaged or a mistake was made by Sparkle & Slapshots Design Co., please contact us within 7 days of delivery in order to resolve the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was made by Sparkle & Slapshots Design Co., in which case we will cover the shipping
